I accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal.
Items are shipped within 48 hours via Canada Post.
Domestic items usually arrive within 1 - 2 weeks. International items arrive within 2 - 6 weeks depending on where you live.
Sometimes parcels can get held up in customs when arriving at their destination country which can cause a delay but usually items will arrive within the specified time. If ever the deadline has passed and you still have not received your item, please let me know. I would then inform Canada Post and have them trace the package. If they confirm it to be lost, buyer's money is refunded.
Some countries have very strict customs regulations. Please ensure that the importation of jewelry items is not prohibited where you live. If ever a parcel is returned to me because of this, I will refund the purchase price less the original shipping fee as it is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's regulations.
I ship to to the address listed on your Paypal account so please ensure that it is correct. I will not accept responsibility for parcels sent to any address other than the one on the Paypal receipt, items sent to P.O Boxes or if the buyer makes a mistake with their address.
All items are checked before shipment and well packaged as to avoid damage in transit.
Returns of jewelry items are not permitted due to hygiene reasons.
